I lost about 40 lbs. in two months. Here is what I followed:
1. A healthy protein-rich breakfast.
2. I totally cut out sugar/ starch rich foods and junk/processed foods.
3. I cut out fried food, ate either boiled or grilled vegetables.
4. Drank at least 3 liters of water every day, including tea.
5. Slept at least 7 to 8 hours each night.
