Yes, I have seen and experienced this kind of exclusion since I got my first periods. I am not allowed to go to other rooms. As soon as I get my periods I must go have bath and hair-wash as well, even if it is midnight. Then I would be isolated for three days with my own plate, cup and blankets. I am not allowed to touch anyone or any other thing in the house. On the third morning, I would have bath and hair wash again. Finally, I get to be normal!
