I believe in eating healthy for good looking skin and hair. Eat a lot of bright colored vegetables and fruits. Drink carrot juice every day. Drink at least three liters of water every day. Clean you face moisturize with essential oils. Use a light sulfate-free hair shampoo and conditioner for hair. When you eat healthy regularly you will notice a glow on skin and your hair will shine just in months!
