• Eat healthy
• Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
• Do exercise every day.
• Massage your face every day with some moisturizer or oil.
• Apply a home-made face mask every day and wash off after 20 minutes.
• Eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
• Drink green tea every day.
• Use castor oil for eye-brows and eye-lashes every night. You will get thicker lashes and brows.
• Apply sunscreen if you go out.
• Use a scrub at least once a week to take off dead skin.
• Use Aloe gel to de-tan your skin.
• Always wash your face at night and moisturize before bed.
