I buy new ones once a year, or when my existing ones stretch or fade. I buy about half a dozen underwear and about 4 bras. I use then along with old ones that are in good condition. On an average I end up buying once on 8 months. I cannot even think about waiting until my under-garments are torn or discolour! I think hygiene starts here.
