I kind of rotate; I buy a set of new ones every 6 months. Once I get new ones, I start wearing the old ones at home and discard the existing old ones. This way I always have a set of great looking and fitting lingerie for occasions. I also have a set of cotton panties separate for my period-week. I do not like mixing them.
