• Eat healthy food.
• Drink at least 2 litres of water every day.
• Use Aloe Vera, sandalwood powder and lemon as face pack ingredients.
• Turmeric, cinnamon and honey works great on acne.
• Reduce caffeinated drinks.
• Stop any new cosmetics for a few weeks.
See your doctor if the acne gets worse. It might be related to your internal health.
