I had a late miscarriage with my first pregnancy. After that I was not getting pregnant, we tried for four years and then decided to seek medical help. After a series of tests and ultrasound they found that my Fallopian tube was blocked. Apparently, there was a blob from previous pregnancy that was blocking the passage and preventing me from getting pregnant. I was given treatment and the blockage was removed. I conceived within a year and we had a healthy baby.
