1. Be healthy, happy and stress-free.
2. Do regular workout or just go for a brisk walk every day to maintain a healthy BMI.
3. Consult your physician and take some vitamins.
4. Go out and have fun and fulfill all your adventurous wishes, you might not be able to do these things for at least a year after giving birth to your child.
5. Sleep well, you might have to sacrifice your sleep after the baby arrives.
