1. Start with one cup of milk a day. Gradually, increase and replace breast-milk with cow’s milk.
2. Do not force if baby does not like, give some time. Anyway, WHO recommends feeding for two years.
3. Start training night time first and then extend to day time.
4. Introduce other milk products when trying to wean milk.
5. Make sure your baby gets enough solid food during the day.
