Yes, I have seen great results, I have lost 20 kilos by practicing only Yoga. I lost all the weight in just a year! Yoga is usually very effective when done traditionally accompanying with meditation. The focus helps you reach your weight-loss goals fast. I strictly followed a routine for a year and I was positively motivated with the results.

My Routine:
• Wake up at 7, brush and use the toilet.
• Drink a warm glass of water with lemon/ honey.
• After 20 minutes, do Yoga routine for almost 1.30 hours; Start with mild stretching and do the full Vinyasa flow with at least 20 sets of Surya Namaskaar, finally end with Pranayama and 15 minutes of medidation.
• Bath, breakfast and work.
• Evening after snack, go for a 20 minutes brisk walk and end with 15 minutes of meditation.
• Bath, dinner and sleep.

I made sure that I ate healthy food and I had at least 2 liters of water every day. Also, I slept eight hours daily.
