  1. Wake up in the morning and I use the bathroom as I do oil pulling for 20 minutes. Later I brush my teeth.
  2. Drink a warm glass of water with lemon and honey.
  3. Meditate for at least 20 minutes.
  4. Do around 25 Yoga Asanas. Relax/ contemplate for half an hour.
  5. Drink a cup of tea. After half an hour, have breakfast.
