One my relatives eloped and married her boyfriend when she was 17. Her parents brought her back after a month and as they feared that she might be pregnant, they made her under-go DNC procedure and put her in hostel for finishing studies. After a few years they got her married and she is settled with a kid and husband. It is so sad to think about the emotional trauma the girl would have gone through.
