What are the early signs of pregnancy? How do I know that I am pregnant as early as a week after conception? I have read that some women experience very early pregnancy symptoms from 6 to 10 weeks after conception. There can be some aches, cramps or slight fever. I was wondering if any of you ladies have had any of these symptoms? I am quite curious to know as this is my first pregnancy. I could not find anything reliable online.
